These terms govern your use of the GLDS Design Practice website and any engagement of our creative services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

GLDS provides creative and design services including but not limited to brand identity, campaign design, website and digital design, UI/UX, motion and 3D, and industrial/product design. All engagements are governed by a separate project proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

2. Project Proposals & Agreements

Each project is scoped through a written proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, pricing and revision rounds. Work begins only after written acceptance of the proposal. Any changes to scope require mutual written agreement and may affect pricing and timelines.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All pricing is outlined in individual project proposals
• A deposit is required before work commences (typically 50%)
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work
• Late payments may incur a fee as outlined in the project agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights transfer to the client. GLDS retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work-in-progress, concepts not selected, and internal process materials remain the property of GLDS.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategy, unreleased products, pricing structures and internal documentation.

7. Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In the event of cancellation:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• GLDS will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment

8. Limitation of Liability

GLDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of this information. All content, design and code on this website is the intellectual property of GLDS.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
